Mo' Money Mo' 40'z was the first body of music ever released by Mest through Dead End Records in 1998. In 2000, Mest released their debut record, "Wasting Time" through Mavrick Records, which contained 14 tracks, including one of their fanbase's biggest hits, "What's The Dillio?". In 2001, came "Destination Unknown", their second studio record, also released through Mavrick, that many fans believe to be their best work, as the album includes "Cadillac", by far, their biggest hit by a long shot. With it's catchy rhythm and Hip-Hop fusion, Cadillac has pulled in over 1.5 million views on YouTube at the time of this article! Later, in 2003, came "Mest" the band's self-titled album that had 13 tracks. The album was a slight departure from their usual pop-punk style, however it is still considered a cult classic to this day! A few years went along and in 2005, the band had released "Photographs", their last album before they had broken up in 2006. Many years after the band's reunion, Mest released "Not What You Expected" a mixed-received album, but well-needed from fans, as this was the first album they had released in over 7 years since the break-up. Finally, in 2020, Tony Lavato managed to bring the original line-up back together and soon, Mest released their latest album to this current date, titled "Masquerade".On April 12, 2024, Mest released a new song called "When We Were Young" featuring Jaret Reddick of Bowling For Soup. At this time the band also announced that their upcoming album will be called Youth and is set to be released May 31, 2024.
